CEL PSALM

Ps 30,1-13Ps 30,1-13
English: World English Bible - WEB

30 A Psalm. A Song for the Dedication of the Temple. By David. 1 I will extol you, Yahweh, for you have raised me up, And have not made my foes to rejoice over me. 2 Yahweh my God, I cried to you, And you have healed me. 3 Yahweh, you have brought up my soul from Sheol. You have kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit. 4 Sing praise to Yahweh, you saints of his. Give thanks to his holy name. 5 For his anger is but for a moment; His favor is for a lifetime. Weeping may stay for the night, But joy comes in the morning. 6 As for me, I said in my prosperity, “I shall never be moved.” 7 You, Yahweh, when you favored me, made my mountain to stand strong. But when you hid your face, I was troubled. 8 I cried to you, Yahweh. To Yahweh I made supplication: 9 “What profit is there in my destruction, if I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise you? Shall it declare your truth? 10 Hear, Yahweh, and have mercy on me. Yahweh, be my helper.” 11 You have turned my mourning into dancing for me. You have removed my sackcloth, and clothed me with gladness, 12 To the end that my heart may sing praise to you, and not be silent. Yahweh my God, I will give thanks to you forever!

Pismo Rimljanom

Rim 10,9-18Rim 10,9-18
English: World English Bible - WEB

9 that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes in him will not be disappointed.” 12 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, and is rich to all who call on him. 13 For, “Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.” 14 How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in him whom they have not heard? How will they hear without a preacher? 15 And how will they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the Gospel of peace, Who bring glad tidings of good things!” 16 But they didn’t all listen to the glad news. For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our report?” 17 So faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. 18 But I say, didn’t they hear? Yes, most assuredly, “Their sound went out into all the earth, Their words to the ends of the world.”

13 Kajti »vsak, kdor bo klical Gospodovo ime, bo rešen.«

Neposlušnost evangeliju

14 Kako naj ga vendar kličejo, v kogar niso verovali? Kako pa naj verujejo v tistega, o komer niso slišali? In kako naj slišijo brez oznanjevavca? 15 In kako naj oznanjajo, če niso poslani?
in do koncev sveta njih besede.«

2 Day after day they pour forth speech, And night after night they display knowledge. 3 There is no speech nor language, Where their voice is not heard. 4 Their voice has gone out through all the earth, Their words to the end of the world. In them he has set a tent for the sun, 5 Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, Like a strong man rejoicing to run his course.

En dan sporoča to drugemu
in ena noč naznanja to drugi.
To ni beseda in niso govori,
katerih glas bi se ne mogel slišati,
po vsej zemlji se razlega njih glas
in do konca sveta njih govorica!

Mt 4,18-22Mt 4,18-22
English: World English Bible - WEB

18 Walking by the sea of Galilee, he TR reads “Jesus” instead of “he” saw two brothers: Simon, who is called Peter, and Andrew, his brother, casting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen. 19 He said to them, “Come after me, and I will make you fishers for men.” 20 They immediately left their nets and followed him. 21 Going on from there, he saw two other brothers, James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, in the boat with Zebedee their father, mending their nets. He called them. 22 They immediately left the boat and their father, and followed him.

Kdor ne gre v božje kraljestvo, pride v pekel.

Hvalospev za praznik Kristusa Kralja vesoljstva napoveduje, da bo Kristus Kralj vse stvari uklonil svojemu vladarstvu in končno izročil Očetu »večno in vesoljno kraljestvo: kraljestvo resnice in življenja, kraljestvo svetosti in milosti, kraljestvo pravičnosti, miru in ljubezni«. Tu so naštete glavne značilnosti božjega kraljestva.
