31 “But when the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then he will sit on the throne of his glory.
32 Before him all the nations will be gathered, and he will separate them one from another, as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.
33 He will set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
34 Then the King will tell those on his right hand, ‘Come, blessed of my Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world;
35 for I was hungry, and you gave me food to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave me drink; I was a stranger, and you took me in;
36 naked, and you clothed me; I was sick, and you visited me; I was in prison, and you came to me.’
37 “Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry, and feed you; or thirsty, and give you a drink?
38 When did we see you as a stranger, and take you in; or naked, and clothe you?
39 When did we see you sick, or in prison, and come to you?’
40 “The King will answer them, ‘Most assuredly I tell you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers The word for “brothers” here may be also correctly translated “brothers and sisters” or “siblings.”, you did it to me.’
41 Then he will say also to those on the left hand, ‘Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire which is prepared for the devil and his angels;
42 for I was hungry, and you didn’t give me food to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave me no drink;
43 I was a stranger, and you didn’t take me in; naked, and you didn’t clothe me; sick, and in prison, and you didn’t visit me.’
44 “Then they will also answer, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and didn’t help you?’
45 “Then he will answer them, saying, ‘Most assuredly I tell you, inasmuch as you didn’t do it to one of the least of these, you didn’t do it to me.’
46 These will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”

Sodba ob koncu časov
31 »Ko pride Sin človekov v svojem veličastvu in vsi angeli z njim, takrat bo sédel na prestol svojega veličastva. 32 Pred njim bodo zbrani vsi narodi in ločil bo ene od drugih, kakor pastir loči ovce od kozlov. 33 Ovce bo postavil na svojo desnico, kozle pa na levico.
34 Tedaj bo kralj rekel tistim, ki bodo na desnici: ›Pridite, blagoslovljeni mojega Očeta! Prejmite v posest kraljestvo, ki vam je pripravljeno od začetka sveta! 35 Kajti lačen sem bil in ste mi dali jesti, žejen sem bil in ste mi dali piti, tujec sem bil in ste me sprejeli, 36 nag sem bil in ste me oblekli, bolan sem bil in ste me obiskali, v ječi sem bil in ste prišli k meni.‹ 37 Tedaj mu bodo pravični odgovorili: ›Gospod, kdaj smo te videli lačnega in te nasitili ali žejnega in ti dali piti? 38 Kdaj smo te videli tujca in te sprejeli ali nagega in te oblekli? 39 Kdaj smo te videli bolnega ali v ječi in smo prišli k tebi?‹ 40 Kralj jim bo odgovoril: ›Resnično, povem vam: Kar koli ste storili enemu od teh mojih najmanjših bratov, ste meni storili.‹
41 Tedaj poreče tudi tistim, ki bodo na levici: ›Proč izpred mene, prekleti, v večni ogenj, ki je pripravljen hudiču in njegovim angelom! 42 Kajti lačen sem bil in mi niste dali jesti, žejen sem bil in mi niste dali piti, 43 tujec sem bil in me niste sprejeli, nag sem bil in me niste oblekli, bolan sem bil in v ječi in me niste obiskali.‹ 44 Tedaj bodo tudi ti odgovorili: ›Gospod, kdaj smo te videli lačnega ali žejnega ali tujca ali nagega ali bolnega ali v ječi in ti nismo postregli?‹ 45 Tedaj jim bo odgovoril: ›Resnično, povem vam: Kolikor niste storili enemu od teh najmanjših, tudi meni niste storili.‹ 46 Ti pojdejo v večno kazen, pravični pa v večno življenje.«

1 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
2 “Speak to all the congregation of the children of Israel, and tell them, ‘You shall be holy; for I Yahweh your God am holy.
11 “‘You shall not steal; neither shall you deal falsely, nor lie to one another.
12 “‘You shall not swear by my name falsely, and profane the name of your God. I am Yahweh.
13 “‘You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. The wages of a hired servant shall not remain with you all night until the morning.
14 “‘You shall not curse the deaf, nor put a stumbling block before the blind; but you shall fear your God. I am Yahweh.
15 “‘You shall do no injustice in judgment: you shall not be partial to the poor, nor show favoritism to the great; but in righteousness shall you judge your neighbor.
16 “‘You shall not go up and down as a slanderer among your people; neither shall you stand against the life literally, “blood” of your neighbor. I am Yahweh.
17 “‘You shall not hate your brother in your heart. You shall surely rebuke your neighbor, and not bear sin because of him.
18 You shall not take vengeance, nor bear any grudge against the children of your people; but you shall love your neighbor as yourself. I am Yahweh.

11 Ne kradite, ne lažite in ne varajte vsak svojega rojaka! 12 Ne prisegajte po krivem pri mojem imenu; s tem bi skrunili ime svojega Boga; jaz sem GOSPOD.
13 Ne izkoriščaj svojega bližnjega in ne ropaj ga; plačilo dninarja naj ne ostaja pri tebi do jutra! 14 Ne preklinjaj gluhega in slepemu ne nastavljaj spotike; boj se svojega Boga; jaz sem GOSPOD.
15 Ne delajte krivice pri sodbi; ne bodi pristranski do ubožca in ne klanjaj se velikemu: pravično sodi svojega bližnjega! 16 Ne hôdi kot obrekljivec med svojimi rojaki in ne strezi svojemu bližnjemu po življenju; jaz sem GOSPOD.
17 Ne sovraži svojega brata v svojem srcu; odkrito posvári svojega bližnjega, da si zaradi njega ne nakoplješ greha! 18 Ne maščuj se in ne bodi zamerljiv do sinov svojega ljudstva, temveč ljubi svojega bližnjega kakor samega sebe; jaz sem GOSPOD.

Yahweh’s commandment is pure, enlightening the eyes.
9 The fear of Yahweh is clean, enduring forever.
Yahweh’s ordinances are true, and righteous altogether.
10 More to be desired are they than gold, yes, than much fine gold;
Sweeter also than honey and the extract of the honeycomb.

poživlja dušo;
GOSPODOVO pričevanje je zanesljivo,
nevednega dela modrega.
9 GOSPODOVI ukazi so pravi,
razveseljujejo srce;

10 GOSPODOV strah je čist,
ostaja na veke;
